Lucky Dog Casino Self-Exclusion Policy
The Lucky Dog Casino takes problem gambling very seriously. Gambling activities at the Lucky Dog Casino are provided as a means of revenue for the Skokomish Tribe and are meant as entertainment for Casino guests. The Lucky Dog Casino acknowledges that for some guests gambling may cease being entertainment and become detrimental; at such a time the guest may request assistance with gambling prevention resources or may request a self-exclusion from gaming. To assist the guest, the following options will be provided.
Pre-printed informational materials regarding problem gambling will be readily available within the Casino. A toll-free 24/7 hotline, a chat line number, and problem gambling website information will be visible at all gaming stations, kiosks, cashier stations, and points of entry/exit.
Should a guest choose to self-exclude while on premises, the guest may contact any casino team member who will direct the guest to Security. Security will assist the guest with the self-exclusion process. Guests may also access this policy and a self-exclusion form on the Lucky Dog Casino website; guests may choose to complete the form and submit electronically. Once the request is received, Security will contact the guest and complete the self-exclusion process remotely.
The guest may choose a period of self-exclusion for the following time frames:
a. Six (6) months.
b. One (1) year.
c. Three (3) years.
d. Permanent.
It is up to the guest to select the duration of time for exclusion. The exclusion will remain in effect and enforced without exception for the entire period of self-exclusion. The enforcement of self-exclusion is the Lucky Dog Casino’s way of demonstrating commitment to the health and wellbeing of guests that seek assistance with problem gambling. The self-exclusion will automatically expire once the selected time frame is reached.
An excluded guest may call and request to extend the self-exclusion duration; the new time frame will begin on the date the call is received. However, an excluded guest is not permitted to shorten the duration selected upon origination of the notice; the guest’s original decision shall be enforced regardless of the reason for self-exclusion.
Security will maintain records of all self-exclusion notices.
Once a guest’s self-exclusion notice has expired, Security will notify the Manager on Duty to update the Casino player tracking software, Casino MarketPlace (CMP). A letter from the guest is not required.
A Skokomish community member (tribal or community member currently living within the Skokomish Reservation and related in any form to a Skokomish tribal member) may request self-exclusion for gaming and events only while still retaining permission to patronize The Drift.
Guests under twenty-one (21) years of age are not permitted in the casino. All guests must possess valid identification (see Guest Identification Policy). Minor guests twelve (12) years of age and older are permitted to use the restroom in the casino but may not linger on the gaming floor. Minor guests under twelve (12) years of age may use the Casino restroom but must be accompanied by a guest sixteen (16) years or older with identification, and neither guest may linger on the gaming floor.
