This posting is for a Part-Time Cash Operations Postion within our Operations Department.
This position is responsible for performing all duties of the Cash Operations Department in accordance to the Lucky Dog Casino Standard Operating Procedures. The Cash Operations Position may work as a Cage Cashier, Vault Employee, Club Lucky Representative or Soft Count Team Member.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Banking experience a plus! LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read, write, speak and understand English. Read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patrons, clients and other employees of the organization.
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Must have working knowledge of computers and be familiar with Microsoft Word.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Perform general administrative duties.
Update knowledge by studying new product descriptions and learning about each business.
Maintain professional dress standards and personal appearance as dictated by the policy manual.
Other duties may be assigned.
Represent the company in a positive manner.
Work as a member of the team.
Meet attendance guidelines by reporting to work as scheduled with dependability and consistency.

This position requires the ability to learn quickly, multitask, and prioritize job responsibilities.
The Call Center Agent must be able to effectively deal with the stress of dealing with angry or upset customers, and a consistent high volume of calls.

Sit with headset operating phone and computer for long periods of time.

Maintain assigned equipment and notify Supervisor of needed repairs.
